Miss Lauren has been dancing since she was 2yrs old. She danced throughout high school, participating in recreational classes and competition team through her local studio. She also engaged in her high school's musical productions as a cast member and co-choreographer.
She was accepted into Emerson College and held both leadership and choreography roles with the college's dance company. After interning for a year with Boston Ballet School she was hired at Boston Ballet as a Studio Administrator. During her studies at Emerson College she also danced as an alternate for the Boston Cannons MLS team. She graduated Emerson in 2015 with a B.S. in Marketing Communications and a Minor in Dance. Shortly after graduation she was promoted to School Administrator at Boston Ballet School.
After a brief relocation to Atlanta, where she worked as a Studio Administrator at Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education, she settled with her husband in Gulf Breeze Florida. Here she taught and choreographed at multiple studios in the area. During the pandemic she was diagnosed with an immunodeficiency disease which forced her out of the studio and online! She relocated with her husband and fur-baby to Connecticut and it was the perfect time to launch a virtual training studio which allowed her to work individually with dancers of every age and level across the country!
